These habits might seem trivial, but their impact, when compounded over time, can be huge. In business, as in life, it's these tiny habits that can set the foundation for monumental success.

Think of someone who wants to lose weight (or perhaps gain weight or gain muscle). They eat really well and do a fantastic session at the gym on day one. Maybe even on day two, also. By day three their muscles are aching and they don't see any change in the way their body looks. So they give up. But if only they were to start by making tiny changes and stay consistent, they would start to see big results over time.
