It can be easy to show integrity when you know that people are watching you, waiting to see how you will react to something, but I love this quote:
“Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not,” Oprah Winfrey.
I think that’s a great philosophy to have. At the end of the day, you will know whether or not you did the right thing.
