It's a shame you had problems with Web-Appointments. Hopefully it was just a one-off and they've got that sorted now. I know a number of people who use their program and love it. I've been using Timedriver for about six months or more and absolutely love it, the best I've ever used. I tried Web-Appointments last year and was very disappointed. It wouldn't send me confirmation emails, even after using their support to make sure it was set up correctly, and I ended up missing appointments with clients. I haven't checked out the others that you've mentioned but will do that very soon.
