I actually began my business in 1998 as a secretarial service, then became a Virtual Assistant shortly after, as technology/the Internet improved. I have since studied further and changed direction further, or found my niche I guess, but I still use the services of other VAs.

There are many professional VAs around and a good way to find someone who really knows what they are doing is to go through one of the many VA networks such as A Clayton's Secretary (http://www.asecretary.com.au). It also helps to have a clear picture of what you want so you can make sure your VA is able to provide exactly what you need.

I know Kylie at Tilda Virtual Services is a fantastic VA and has a team of specialists so they can offer a variety of services.
