		<description>I do agree it&#039;s important to prioritise and managing emails in folders makes life a bit easier, BUT....... it&#039;s imperative you check emails very often throughout the day if you want to impress your clients with a rapid response. We had a client who manufactured reticulated truck trays - BIG ticket item. They didn&#039;t check their emails for months and missed out on millions of dollars of potential sales because they didn&#039;t respond immediately.

I NEVER turn off automatic alerts - both audio and visual.
DON&#039;T wait to deal with emails during your ‘down time’- be hyper responsive.
