Hi. I'm Donna-Marie (aka DM) - an entrepreneur, online mentor, author and content marketing specialist.
I'm dedicated to helping you develop and grow your business in a way that fits with your life, rather than trying to build a life in your spare time around your work (as so many people do).
Through my Digital Marketing business, award-winning Jacaranda Business Support Services based in Queensland, Australia, I have been helping others to start up and grow their businesses since 1998.
Simplifying Small Business
Along with my team, we are passionate about helping others succeed in business. So we work closely with our clients to help them to discover their dreams and achieve their goals.
We like to have fun, keep things simple and to be honest and straight-forward. But we're also very driven and hard-working. It's our belief that almost anything is possible, but it doesn't happen without taking action - sometimes a lot of action!
Around here, we prefer to work smart, rather than working hard, and we'll teach you how to do the same.
Beliefs And Philosophies:
I believe we have the power to change our lives, to not accept traditional "norms" as being what we have to live by. We can enjoy life and earn a good income while also helping and inspiring others.
Although I provide a range of paid products to help people start and grow their own business, I also provide a lot of free material too.
Why?
Well, there are a couple of reasons for this:
1. I understand that not everyone is in a position to pay for the help or guidance they need and I don't want anyone to feel they need to miss out simply because they can't afford that guidance. So I share a lot of information for no cost via my blog posts, social media and email updates.
However those who want to fast-track their learning or who want extra support with their business endeavours can choose from our various products or programs offered, depending on what stage your business is at.
2. Sharing material and guidance for no cost, where possible, is a good way for us to get to know each other. We can check each other out and see if we're a good fit for each other.

And if we suggest that one of our products isn't right for you, please don't be offended. We're here to help, not offend, and as part of our belief in being up-front we will tell you straight out if we think you're committing to something that's not what you need right now.
Sometimes I'll recommend other people's products or services too. Sometimes I might receive a commission or fee for that recommendation, sometimes I won't. But either way, I will only ever recommend something that I believe in and would invest in myself.
Above all, our focus is always to be able to provide you with great value and to help you to achieve your dreams.

We try our best and give 100% ... but accept that we're not perfect. We will make mistakes. You will make mistakes. It's all part of life. But we will let you know when we've made a mistake and do everything we can to fix it. We trust you will do the same.
We take responsibility for our own actions and decisions (or lack of).
We focus on how to solve our challenges or at least work around them, rather than focusing on what they might be preventing us from doing.
We believe in giving, sharing and in Karma.
We don't accept people who are rude, disrespectful, dishonest or mean within our community. Even when things go wrong, they can be fixed or managed in a positive, mature way. There are no tanty-throwers accepted in our community.
