		<description>Another tip - if you submit a ticket, don&#039;t submit another one 20 minutes after the first one abusing the help desk for not answering your ticket. If you don&#039;t hear back within 24 hours then a polite follow up is fine if the matter is urgent. Help desk people have other clients who need a hand, they also have the right to grab a bite to eat and take toilet breaks (or even sleep). Give help desk people a break!</description>
